Checking in was chaotic! My reserved rooms were all messed up-one had a portable bed instead of a twin, and they wanted extra for towels and cleaning after hours. It just felt really unprofessional and frustrating for a supposedly upscale hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at capri by fraser. the room was spacious, bright, and surprisingly clean, making it a comfortable retreat for our family. one highlight was the stunning view from the bathroom. we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with plenty of options, and the staff members were welcoming.

The room was spacious, providing an excellent city view from the 25th floor. The bed was comfortable, made for a restful night's sleep. The modern design and cleanliness of the room stood out. Watching the sunset over Johor Strait from my room was amazing.
The breakfast selection could use more variety.

I had such a great stay! The location is perfect-super close to the CIQ and easy to grab a cab to anywhere. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and my room was spacious with an amazing view. Plus, the staff were so friendly and helpful, making my check-in and out a breeze.
The limited parking; it gets a bit tricky sharing with residents. I stumbled upon the shuttle bus info by chance, which could've been shared at check-in. But overall, a lovely experience!
